Christie Visual Solutions for the Hospitality Industry Take Center Stage at Hotel and Resort Summit Southeast Asia

Winner of numerous industry awards since launching in November 2009, Christie MicroTiles have been continually improved:

Christie® is demonstrating a range of exciting visual technologies for the hospitality industry at the 2nd Annual Hotel and Resort Development and Summit Southeast Asia, taking place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta – Diponegoro, July 1-2.

The event, which attracts over 200 property developers, hotel operators, and hospitality experts, designers, contractors and consultants from Southeast Asia, highlights the latest technologies for industry decision-makers. Visitors to the Christie booth can check out two towers comprising the award-winning Christie® MicroTiles® arranged in an eye-catching 1-by-5 array that showcases creative ideas for efficient way-finding signage.

Also on display is the versatile Christie Brio Enterprise collaborative solution that enables users to present and collaborate in the same meeting room or with team members around the world – wirelessly, effortlessly and in real-time. Perfect for meetings and conferences at hospitality venues, Christie Brio Enterprise provides reliable and secure networking between meeting groups.

Hotel and property owners looking to create a superior customer experience with projection technology can rely on the Christie GS Series 1DLP® laser phosphor projectors, which are also showcased at the event. The GS Series offers 20,000 hours of low-cost operation, wireless connectivity, and quiet operation, making it ideal for hospitality venues where performance and reliability are paramount.

“Strong growth in the Southeast Asian tourism sector has resulted in brisk business for hospitality venues in the region and many of them are seeking ways to attract and retain customers through the use of visual technologies,” said Lin Yu, vice president, Christie Asia Pacific. “We are therefore pleased to participate in this event with a showcase of our advanced visual and collaborative solutions ideal for hospitality. They are designed to make hospitality venues stand out from the competition and create a lasting impression that keeps visitors coming back for more. With Christie, hospitality owners can expect a high-performance digital signage display solution that will enhance guests’ stay and help maximize sales.”

Besides the visuals at the booth, Christie is also the Gold Sponsor and Tea Break Sponsor of this highly anticipated event, which will be attended by Indonesian tourism minister Arief Yahya. In addition, Christie will deliver a presentation titled How Media Technologies Can Build Both Brands and Guests in Hospitality during the Summit on July 1. Presented by Ken Wheatley, director of sales, Christie Asia Pacific, it focuses on how the deployment of high-performance media systems, display and projection systems can inspire and help hospitality owners create strong emotional connections with consumers and their brand, thereby increasing guest stays and revenue.

Numerous hospitality venues around the world use Christie technology to boost their brand image, delight their guests with shared visual experiences, and stay ahead of the curve. The City Hotel in Ljubljana Slovenia Installs InvoTech Linen System to Cut Labor Costs

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) April 21, 2015

InvoTech Systems, Inc. announced The City Hotel in Ljubljana, Slovenia installed InvoTech’s Linen System to reduce labor costs and losses by outside laundry service providers. InvoTech Systems provides advanced Linen Management, Uniform and Laundry Systems that integrate the latest RFID technology to increase profitability for hotel and casino operators. InvoTech is recognized globally for implementing systems and solutions that save hotels time, labor and money. Click here for more information on InvoTech’s Linen, Laundry and Uniform Systems.

“InvoTech’s Linen System solved two issues at our property,” said Peter Susnik, general manager to The City Hotel Ljubljana. “We wanted to reduce the time and manpower required to sort laundry items each day. Wages are a main budget expense at our property and we needed to cut any cost not related to guest service. The second issue was the loss of our valuable linen items due to laundry company errors. InvoTech corrected both issues. I would recommend InvoTech’s solutions to any hotel with similar challenges.”

InvoTech savings goes straight to the bottom line.

InvoTech Director of Sales Oswald Lares said, “Operators in countries worldwide recognize that InvoTech’s solutions increase profitability. The growing global adoption of our advanced, easy to use Linen, Uniform and Laundry solutions deliver a huge gain in operating efficiency. Plus, the money our systems save by reducing non-theft related loss to nearly zero goes straight to the bottom line.” InvoTech’s RFID technology monitors and controls linen movement throughout a property and to/from its laundry. It provides 100% reduction in non-theft related losses, cuts labor costs by 50%, and provides control of outside laundry charges.

“The City Hotel’s laundry inventory shortages were small on a daily basis, but they turned into a decent cost by the end of the year,” said Susnik. “Before we had InvoTech it was difficult to figure out if our outside laundry had kept a fair amount of our towels and bed sheets. InvoTech’s Linen System tracks and reports on the movement of each item as it is used and passes to and from our laundry company. This is a great cost savings to our hotel.”

InvoTech’s international clients include Four Seasons Macau; Grand Venetian Macau Resort Hotel; MGM Grand Macau; Hyatt Shanghai, China; Burswood Entertainment Complex, Australia; Sheraton Seoul, Korea; Resorts World Sentosa Singapore; and Palace Resorts, Mexico. North American clients include MGM Resorts International, Ritz Carlton, Hyatt Hotels, Marriott, Hilton Hotels, Loews Hotels, Mandarin Oriental, Universal Studios Florida, Madison Square Garden, MSR-FSR Laundry, Empire State Building, and other leading companies.
